Inspired by the relationships and camaraderie felt on-set, Film Pin Society is a design-driven brand focused on celebrating the individuals who make up the film and video industry. FPS elevates the tools and objects that filmmakers and creators use everyday into wearable badges of honor, reimagined into enamel pins and accessories.
The current collection consists of over 25+ enamel pins, keychains, sticker packs & accessories. All are custom designed and are sold individually or as box sets. Every element of the brand experience has been well thought out, from the branding, story, package design and even down to the custom mailers. In an often saturated market of pins & accessories, Film Pin Society consistently stands out and caters to a niche and passionate audience with an elevated and exclusive experience.
The shop is built on Shopify's e-commerce platform and the products are shipped internationally. FPS regularly sends out newsletters, promotions, contests, sales and a Q&A series focusing on creators.
Film Pin Society is carried at select boutique shops as well as larger retailers such as The Academy Museum Store both online an in-store.
Since 2018, the brand has seen consistent growth and in 2022, FPS was a part of the Everyone Wins Nominee Gift Bags honoring the year's best and brightest stars. The gift bags were given independently to top Oscar® nominees such as Steven Spielberg, Javier Bardem, Nicole Kidman, Kirsten Dunst and more.
FPS created a special edition nominee pin set which featured a laser engraved brass plate with a design reminiscent of the early days of cinema. Inside featured 22 pins from the collection along with a velvet branded pouch to house the locking pin backs and a gold foiled card telling the story of the brand.
